We understand that things happen and sometimes the Date, Time or event Location may change for your screening event. There are a few things you'll need to do to make the event go smoothly.
For any change (Date, Time, or Location)
Notify all your guests of the changes; Please note that they will still receive Kinema emails for the original screening - we understand this is confusing and we are working on updating this feature
For Date or Time changes
If you have changed the Date or Time, the Offline Player will contain the original film asset for the original event until you do the following steps:
Log out of your Kinema account
Clear your Cache and Browsing History - here's how
At the top right of the Chrome Browser, click on the 3 dots, then click on Settings
Click on Privacy and security in the left Nav. Then click on Delete browsing data
Click on Cookies and other site data AND Cached images and files
Click on Clear data
3. Log back into your Kinema account and go to your Offline Player. You will now see the Film Asset for the new screening event with the Date and/or time updated.
