Edit & Manage an In-Person Screening

Everything you need to know to manage your In-person Screening.

Watch this video to learn how to edit and manage an In-person Screening Event.

Here's the details to show you everything you need to know about editing and managing your In-person Screening Event.

Once you’ve created a Screening Event, click on your Account Profile In the upper right hand corner and select “Screenings”.

Click on “Manage Screening” for the event you want to Edit.

This is your Event Management page. You can come here at any time to Edit and manage your Event.

Here you will find the following:

  • Capacity, Ticket and Sales Data

  • Details of your Screening Event

  • The ability to edit and change your Screening Event details

Click on Edit Event to begin editing your screening Event Page.

Here you can edit the following:

  • Title of your Screening Event

  • Host Logo and Name

  • Date and Time

  • Time Zone

  • Screening Description, which displays on your Event Page

  • Event Space/Venue Location Name and Address

  • Privacy - whether you want your event to be listed publicly on the Cinema Discover Page

  • Additional descriptions and characteristics of your Event Space/Venue

**Please note that you’ll need to inform your guests of any major changes to your screening event, such as location/date/time/speaker line-up.

Host Logo and Name

To edit the logo that will appear on both the Event page and in your Virtual Cinema go to the Hosted By section

  • Click the pencil

  • Upload Image of Minimum 400x400 Pixels

  • Edit the Host Name if you like

About the Space

Feel free to add as much detail about your Event Space. The more info the better!

Let's go back to the Event Management Page to review some more details.

Capacity and Tickets

  • If you are selling tickets to your event and need to change the number of guests allowed, click on the edit icon next to Capacity. Additional fees may apply with changes to Capacity

View Your Event Page

  • Click on Event URL to see your updated Event Page. Send this event page to your guests so they can get their tickets. Copy and paste the Event link into your email invitation or social media posts.

Note: As a host, you already have a ticket, so no need to get one for yourself.

Speakers

  • If speakers are participating in a Live Discussion/Q&A for your event, you can add them to your event page by clicking on the “speaker” button

  • Simply add an image of your Speaker, their Name and Title

Venue Photos

  • If you have photos of your Venue, add them here and they will be added to your Event Page

Offline Cinema Player

  • Click on Offline Cinema Player. You will be directed to the Offline Cinema Player - first you’ll be required to sign in with your Kinema username and password. Once signed in you’re ready to get started! Be sure to check out our How to Video on the Offline Player if this is your first In-person event.

Promotional Images

We've provided you with promotional images you can use for your Screening Event.
