Check Your Email
When you purchase a ticket to a screening event, or RSVP to a free event, you will receive an email confirming your attendance and with information specific to the event. It will look something like this.
Go to Your Tickets page
If you cannot find your email, another way to find ticket confirmation and event details is to visit your Tickets page. Here's how:
Log In
Click your initials in the upper right hand corner
Click Tickets
Here you will find all the tickets you have purchased. This will include Virtual, In-person, and On-demand events.
Clicking on Join Screening above will take you to the Virtual Screening Room where you can watch your film. You can also Add to Calendar.
Tips
We'll send you a 30 minute email reminder too in case you forget but also hopefully you added it to your calendar
The Virtual Kinema (Screening Room) opens 30 minutes before the film starts. We recommend getting there a few minutes early.
Do not attempt to screen-mirror - the film will be blocked immediately due to the DRM/film privacy protections. Please see this guide if you would like to watch on a TV.
