We encode films for adaptive streaming. This means that for virtual events, the resolution adapts to the users internet speed. The resolutions available for users are:
1920x1080
1280x720
960x540
640x360
416x234
For in person events, our offline player downloads the highest quality that is available which would be 1920x1080.
