What is the Refund Policy for Hosts

As the host, if you cancel your event then all of your guests will be refunded for their tickets. If you paid a licensing fee upfront, you can cancel and receive a refund up to 2 weeks in advance of your event.

If your event is ticketed and you cancel your event, then all of your guests will be refunded for their tickets. If your event is free and you paid a licensing fee upfront, you can cancel up to 2 weeks before your event to still receive a refund.

User/Audience tickets are typically final and non-refundable. In the event we do refund User tickets your event capacity will also be adjusted.
