You're trying to watch a film in the Virtual Kinema but the video is not playing, or you see a notice for Playback Error 1002, this usually means a connection timeout or another connectivity issues. We suggest the following:

  1. Check your Wifi network connection. Sometimes it helps to turn your network off and then back on.

  2. Make sure you're using the latest version of Chrome. This is how you can update your Chrome Browser.

  • On your computer open Chrome

  • At the top right, click on the 3 dots, click on Help, Click on About Google Chrome

  • Chrome will check if you're up to date. If not, it will update automatically.

3. Disable all ad-blockers you have installed.

  • At the top right of the Chrome Browser, click on the 3 dots again, then click on Settings

  • Click on Privacy and security in the left Nav. Then click on Site Settings

  • Click on Pop-ups and redirects and turn them all off

4. Clear your browsing history, cookies, and cache.

  • Click on Privacy and security in the left Nav again

  • Click on Delete browsing data

  • Click on Cookies and other site data AND Cached images and files

  • Click on Clear data

5. Finally, if this doesn't work, try switching your browser to Safari.
