Guidelines for changing your film files

If you need to change out your film file or add subtitles please reach out to your Kinema representative. We will delete the original film file so you can upload the new version. You can then upload the new version in the Video section of the Film Onboarding Tool. Please note there is a charge for this.

Once we receive the new film files, we have a 48 hour turnaround time for re-encoding.
