If you need to change out your film file or add subtitles please reach out to your Kinema representative. We will delete the original film file so you can upload the new version. You can then upload the new version in the Video section of the Film Onboarding Tool. Please note there is a $50 USD charge for this.
*Once we receive the new film files, we have a 48 hour turnaround time for re-encoding.
Here's how to upload the new files.
Log In to your Kinema account.
Click on your initials, in the upper right hand corner
Select Dashboard
Select the correct Organization Name in the left nav if you have multiple organizations
Click on the film title for which you would like to change video files.
Select Video in the top nav and add your new files.
