Provide your Contact Info for Speaking Availability

If you are available to speak at hosted events, online or in person, here's how to provide your contact information to hosts.

If you - or anyone from the film team - would like to be contacted by screening hosts to speak at their event, please provide your information to your screenings host by doing the following:

Log In to your Kinema account.

Click on your initials, in the upper right hand corner

Select Dashboard

Select the correct Organization Name in the left nav if you have multiple organizations

Click the film title for which you would like to edit

Engagement

Click on Engagement in the top nav then click on Speakers

This is where you will provide if any Speakers can be available to hosts for their screening events.

Click on + Add Speaker to add Speaker Details

You will enter the following:

  • Name

  • Description

  • Check Virtual and/or Physical

Click on Create

You're done! One a host books a screening of your event, they will have access to this information, and can contact you directly.
