If you would like to get in touch with the person who has organized a screening of your film, here's how:
Log In to your Kinema account.
Click on your initials, in the upper right hand corner
Select Dashboard
Select the correct Organization Name in the left nav if you have multiple organizations
Click on Reports in the left hand nav
Click on Screenings
You will see the name of the Hosts of all your screenings in the 2nd column under Host
Scroll to the right to see more columns of data
Click on View for the screening you want the Host contact info for and a slide out will display from the right
Click on View Attendees
This is the list of everyone who has RSVPed to your event. They are in reverse chronological order, with the last person listed being the first to have RSVPed.
This is your screening host.
If their email is listed, then you can reach out to them directly. However, please be respectful that only some hosts want to be personally contacted. You can also ask your Kinema representative to reach out for you.
