Our platform is designed to support individuals and organizations in hosting in-person, virtual, and on-demand screening events.

In-Person Screenings

Screenings hosts will receive a downloadable digital file of the film they booked through our Offline Cinema Player, 72 hours before the event time. Hosts simply connect their computer via HDMI or another compatible adaptor and can play the film without wifi. The film file will then expire 24 hours after the designated screening time. Should you choose an in-person screening and use our platform for ticketing, guests will register for a ticket. Their email confirmation acts as their ticket.

Virtual Screenings

We generate a private virtual cinema for each hosted live virtual screening. Guests register for a ticket via the screening event page created upon booking. From there, each guest will receive a ticket confirmation email followed by an additional email 30 minutes prior to the designated screening time with a link to view the film via our Virtual Cinema Player. For security reasons, hosts cannot send out one screening link to all guests. Every guest must register and rsvp individually.

On-Demand Screenings

For our on-demand screenings, hosts determine a screening window (up to 30 days) during which their guests can watch the film. Each guest will register for a ticket via their screening event page, resulting in a ticket confirmation email. A follow-up email will notify guests when the screening window is open. Guests will then have 48 hours to watch the film once having started.
