I'm getting a video playback error / error 6001

What to do if you get Error 6001 in the Virtual Cinema

You're trying to watch a film in the Virtual Kinema but the video is not playing, or you get error 6001. This means that the browser you're using isn't supported or you're in Incognito Mode. Make sure you're using the latest version of Chrome. This is how you can update your Chrome Browser.

  • On your computer open Chrome

  • At the top right, click on the 3 dots, click on Help, Click on About Google Chrome

  • Chrome will check if you're up to date. If not, it will update automatically.
