You're trying to watch a film in the Virtual Kinema but the video is not playing, or you get error 6001. This means that the browser you're using isn't supported or you're in Incognito Mode. Make sure you're using the latest version of Chrome. This is how you can update your Chrome Browser.
On your computer open Chrome
At the top right, click on the 3 dots, click on Help, Click on About Google Chrome
Chrome will check if you're up to date. If not, it will update automatically.
If you are using a Brave Browser you must enable Google Widevine so that you can play DRM content. Follow these instructions:
Go to Brave and select Settings.
Toggle Widevine on.
Relaunch the Brave Browser and resume watching your film.
