Communicating changes/cancellations. It happens! If you need to change the date/time of your event, sign into your Kinema account and go to Manage Screening
Click on Edit Event
Click on Cancel to cancel the event or Continue to edit the event
If you chose to Edit the event you will be taken to the Edit Screening page where you can edit your details
*NOTE: If you change the Event Date, Time, or Location you will need to notify your guests - this is not something that Kinema does on your behalf.
If you have to cancel your screening event, you will not be refunded your licensing fee, which is why we always encourage you to reschedule.
You will not be able to reschedule a screening once the event date/time has passed.
If you cancel a ticketed event, your attendees will be refunded. Just contact us at hello@kinema.com to cancel your event. We strongly suggest you email your attendees about the change as they will not know otherwise. You can download a CSV file of your attendee list and their emails through your Kinema account.
