Our platform is designed for in-person, virtual, and on-demand (event VOD) screenings.

In-Person Screenings

As part of our in-person screenings, you’ll receive a downloadable digital file through our Offline Cinema Player 72 hours prior to your event time – that way you can test everything out in advance. Simply connect your computer via HDMI or another compatible adaptor and you'll be all set for your screening – no need to worry about a stable wifi connection during your screening either. The film file will then expire 24 hours after your designated screening time. Should you choose an in-person screening and using our platform for ticketing, guests will register for a ticket. Their email confirmation acts as their ticket.

Virtual Screenings

Should you choose a virtual screening, each of your guests will need to register for a ticket via the screening event page that will be created upon booking. From there, each will receive a ticket confirmation email followed by an additional email 30 minutes prior to the designated screening time with a link to view the film via our Virtual Cinema Player. Please note, you will not be able to send out one screening link to all your guests. Unless you have paid the licensing fee in advance, you must also purchase a ticket as the host.

On-Demand Screenings

For our on-demand screenings, you’ll determine a screening window up to 30 days during which guests can watch the film. Each guest will register for a ticket via your screening event page, resulting in a ticket confirmation email. A follow-up email will be sent to notify guests when the screening window is open. Guests will then have 48 hours to watch the film once having started.
