A Step by Step Guide: How to Access Your Reports:

This is your Reporting Page. If you are part of more than one organization select the one you want to access reports to by clicking on the top right hand corner field.

This top Dashboard gives you the following metrics:

You can select Screenings, Payouts, Rentals, and Data.

*Note Rentals and Audience Data is in Beta and available by contacting your Kinema Representative.

Screenings

On the Screenings page you will first see a Map of In-person Screenings. You can click on the red locations to see more Screening details.

Listed below the map are all Screenings of your Films. Each Card provides the following information:

Clicking on View Details will display a slide out to the right with the following information:

Clicking on View Attendees will provide a list of all attendees who have shared contact information with the Host.

You can click on Download CSV to access a CSV file of all attendees.

On the Payouts page you will see each Payout listed with the date payout was made and the specific amount. You can click on Export to view all Payouts in one csv file.

Clicking on a Payout date will provide more details on the transactions that are included in each Payout.

Clicking on Export here will provide you with a CSV file of all transactions in one Payout.

Setting Up Your Payout Account

Once onboard your first film, you'll be guided to establish your payout account. All films are required to have an active payout account prior to publishing. You can easily manage your payout account by accessing your film management dashboard and selecting the 'Payouts' option on your films. Please note you only have to set up your payout account once and it will apply to all of your films.

Accepted Currencies

Please be aware that all transactions on Kinema are conducted in USD (United States Dollars).

International Payouts

Kinema utilizes Stripe, a reputable and secure payment processing service. If you're wondering whether you can receive payouts in your bank account located in another country, please refer to this approved countries list provided by Stripe.

Payout Schedule

Payouts are processed on a weekly basis. They are processed only when events are completed to account for any screening cancellations or ticket refunds.
