You can customize and brand the virtual cinema space for both Live Virtual and On-Demand events. Specifically, you can edit:
Title of your event on your Event Page
Description of your event on your Event Page
Logo on Event Page and in Live Virtual and On-demand Virtual Cinema
Name of Host on Event Page and in Live Virtual and On-demand Virtual Cinema
The Description within your Live Virtual and On-demand Virtual Cinema

Getting Started
Log into your Kinema account
Click your initials in the upper right-hand corner
Click Screenings (direct link)
Scroll to the event you would like to edit or customize.
Click Manage Screening.
On your Event Management Page, click Edit Event Details.
On-demand:
Live Virtual:
Edit the Title of Your Event for Your Event Page
Scroll to where it says Hosted by.
To add a title of your event to your event page, scroll to Title of your screening and enter an event name.
On-demand:
Live Virtual:
The title of your screening event will appear in the text box to the right of the Watch Now button on your event page. See the example of "Dress for Success Screening of Allan & Suzi | Event VOD"

Add a Logo to the Virtual Cinema
To upload a logo, click on the pencil icon.
Logo must be a JPEG or PNG file with at least 400x400 pixels.
Only one logo can be visible on both the event page and the on-demand virtual cinema.
The logo will still appear if you upload a logo but not an organization name.
Edit Host Name(s)
To the right of the logo, you can edit the host's name to include any additional hosting organizations or individuals.
Edit the Virtual Event Description, Under the Video Player
To edit the copy that your audience will see under the video player, scroll to On-demand Description or Virtual event description.
On-demand:
Live Virtual:
Click Save at the bottom of the page.
Preview On-Demand Virtual Cinema
Currently, you cannot preview the on-demand virtual cinema until your viewing window is open. And you cannot preview the Live Virtual cinema until 30 minutes before your event. However, you can make changes to an of the above at any time, before or after your event begins.
