Customize Your Live Virtual or Flex Virtual Cinema

You can customize and brand the virtual cinema space for both Live Virtual and Flex Virtual events. Specifically, you can edit:

Getting Started

Log In to your Kinema account.

Click on your initials, in the upper right hand corner

Select Dashboard

Select the correct Organization Name in the left nav if you have multiple organizations

Click on Screenings in the left hand nav

Click on Manage Screening for the event you want to Edit.

On your Event Management Page, click Edit Event Details.

Flex Virtual:

Live Virtual:

Scroll to where it says Hosted by.

To add a title of your event to your event page, scroll to Title of your screening and enter an event name.

The title of your screening event will appear in the text box to the right of the Watch Now button on your event page. See the example of "Dress for Success Screening of Allan & Suzi | Event VOD"

Back to Edit Event

To upload a logo, click on the pencil icon.

Logo must be a JPEG or PNG file with at least 400x400 pixels.

Only one logo can be visible on both the event page and the on-demand virtual cinema.

The logo will still appear if you upload a logo but not an organization name.

To the right of the logo, you can edit the host's name to include any additional hosting organizations or individuals.

To edit the copy that your audience will see under the video player, scroll to Flex Virtual Description or Virtual event description.

Click Save at the bottom of the page.

Currently, you cannot preview the on-demand virtual cinema until your viewing window is open. And you cannot preview the Live Virtual cinema until 30 minutes before your event. However, you can make changes to an of the above at any time, before or after your event begins.
