List Your Event Speakers

On your event page, you can feature the speakers and panelists that are cohosting, supporting, or speaking at your event.

Our screening event pages off the opportunity to highlight any talent or team members that will be at your in person or live virtual event. Here is where they will appear:

How to List Your Event Speakers

Log In to your Kinema account.

Click on your initials, in the upper right hand corner

Select Dashboard

Select the correct Organization Name in the left nav if you have multiple organizations

Click on My Screenings in the left hand nav

Click on Manage Screening for the event you want to Edit.

Scroll to Speakers section. Select +Speaker

Select +Speaker

Upload an image, add the name, and list their title.

How to Request Speakers

If you do not have any speakers set for your event, and would like to book someone from the film, return to your Event Management Console. If speakers are available, it will say so in the speaker section.

Click See More.

Click the dropdown to access their contact information and booking details.
