Audience members can opt into receiving emails from the film team. They do this at the point of check out, when getting a ticket or RSVPing to a screening event.
If they have opted in, you can retrieve these emails from your Reports dashboard and export to your own email list. If they have not explicitly opted in, you will not be able to view or export their email information.
How to Access and Export Email Addresses
Log In to your Kinema account.
Click on your initials, in the upper right hand corner
Select Dashboard
Select the correct Organization Name in the left nav if you have multiple organizations
Click on Reports in the left hand nav
Select Screenings
Select the event from which you want to export the attendee list and then scroll to the right to see more columns of data.
Click on the View button. A slideout will display to the right.
Click on View Attendees to provide a list of all attendees who have shared contact information with the Host.
If an email address is present, the owner has given you permission to contact them.
