Audience members can opt into receiving emails from the film team. They do this at the point of check out, when getting a ticket or RSVPing to a screening event.

If they have opted in, you can retrieve these emails from your Reports dashboard and export to your own email list. If they have not explicitly opted in, you will not be able to view or export their email information.

Log In to your Kinema account.

Click on your initials, in the upper right hand corner

Select Dashboard

Select the correct Organization Name in the left nav if you have multiple organizations

Click on Reports in the left hand nav

Select Screenings

Scroll Down to All Screenings

Here you will find all your past and upcoming screening events. Move to the event from which you want to export the attendee list.

Click on View Details

You will see a slideout appear to the right

Click View Attendees

If an email address is present, the owner has given you permission to contact them.

To export to a spreadsheet, select Download CSV.
