Accessing Your On-demand Screening Event

Click on your Account Profile In the upper right hand corner

Select “Screenings”

Click on “Manage Screening” for the event you want to Edit.

This is your Event Management page. You can come here at any time to Edit and manage your Event.

Here you will find the following:

  • Capacity, Ticket and Sales Data

  • On-demand Start and End dates

  • Event Page URL

  • The ability to edit and change your Screening Event details

Click Edit Event to begin editing your screening Event Page and Virtual Cinema.

  • Your Event Page is where your audience receives the details of your event and can purchase a ticket or RSVP.

  • The Virtual Cinema is the web based location of the film stream. This is where your audience will watch the film. You can include a logo and copy to customize and brand this space.

Here you can edit the following:

  • Title of your Screening Event

  • Add your Host Logo and Name

  • Change the Date and Times

  • Screening Description, which displays on your Event Page

  • On-demand Description, which displays within the Virtual Cinema

  • Privacy - whether you want your event to be listed publicly on the Kinema Discover Page

**Please note that you’ll need to inform your guests of any major changes to your screening event, such as date/time/speaker line-up.

Host Logo and Name

To edit the logo that will appear on both the Event page and in your Virtual Cinema go to the Hosted By section

  • Click the pencil

  • Upload Image of Minimum 400x400 Pixels

  • Edit the Host Name if you like

Let's go back to the main Event Management Page to review some of the other items you can edit and manage.

Capacity, Tickets, Attendees

  • If you are selling tickets to your event and need to change the number of guests allowed, click on the edit icon next to Capacity. Additional fees may apply with changes to Capacity

  • Click on “View Attendees” to view Guests that have purchased tickets. You can also download a CSV file of all Attendees and their email addresses in case you want to contact them

View Your Event Page

  • Click on the Event URL to see your updated Event Page. Send this event page to your guests so they can get their tickets. Copy and paste the Event link into your email invitation or social media posts. Here is an example of an Event Page below.

  • Guests can purchase tickets by clicking on Get Tickets

  • The On-demand start and end dates are clearly listed. Once your guests start the film they will have 48 hours to complete it. You can watch as many times as you’d like within that 48 hour rental period.

Note: As a host, you already have a ticket, so no need to get one for yourself.
