Here's the step by step details on how to edit and manage your Flex Virtual Screening Event.

Accessing Your Flex Virtual Screening Event

Click on your initials, in the upper right hand corner

Select Dashboard

Select the correct Organization Name in the left nav if you have multiple organizations

Click on Screenings in the left hand nav

Click on Manage Screening for the event you want to Edit.

This is your Event Management page. You can come here at any time to Edit and manage your Event.

Here you will find the following:

  • Capacity, Ticket and Sales Data

  • Details of your Screening Event

  • The ability to edit and change your Screening Event details

Click Edit Event to begin editing your screening Event Page and Virtual Cinema.

  • Your Event Page is where your audience receives the details of your event and can purchase a ticket or RSVP.

  • The Flex Virtual Cinema is the web based location of the film stream. This is where your audience will watch the film. You can include a logo and copy to customize and brand this space.

Here you can edit the following:

  • Title of your Screening Event

  • Host Logo and Name

  • Date and days available for your Screening Event

  • Screening Description, which displays on your Event Page

  • Flex Virtual Description, which displays within the Virtual Cinema

  • Privacy - whether you want your event to be listed publicly on the Kinema Discover Page

  • Pay What you Wish Ticketing (for ticketed events)

  • Custom Engagement Link - Adding a custom engagement link to the Virtual Cinema

**Please note that you’ll need to contact a Kinema representative to change the date, time, and days available for Flex Virtual events. We can only extend dates after an event concludes for free and licensed events. Also you will need to inform your guests of any of these changes made to your screening event.

  • Enter any details you want to share
