Step By Step: How To Create, Publish & Edit Your Film Booking Page

Accessing the Film Onboarding & Management Portal

  • Log into your Kinema account.

  • Drag your mouse over your Initials in the top right corner and click on My Films.

Beginning Film Onboarding:

Step 1: Select your Organization.

This is the name of the licensor that has signed a licensing agreement with Kinema on behalf of the film. You likely will only have one organization.

Example: If you are an independent filmmaker, you will likely see your name or the name of your production company as the organization.

If you are associated with multiple production companies or distributors, then you will see more than one organization listed.

All members of an Organization have access to their associated film’s data, bookings and payouts. Members are added to an organization at the request of the licensor. Contact your Kinema representative to add more members.

Step 2: Select the film you want to begin Onboarding or edit details. If this is the first film you are onboarding you will only see one.

Step 3: This is the Onboarding Overview page. Clicking on any square will take you to that respective section of the Onboarding Process.

*We recommend clicking on Film Introduction first and then going through the rest of the Onboarding process.
