Do you already have a ticket to watch a film event but aren't sure how to join? Here are instructions if you are having trouble joining an event or playing your film rental:
If you are not already logged in, login to your Kinema account here.
Click your initials in the top right.
If you purchased a ticket, but are not seeing it in your account you may have two accounts and the ticket is under the other account. Check the email in which you got your ticket confirmation to verify which account the event is under. You can reset your password here https://kinema.com/recovery.
If you aren't receiving event emails or password reset links, you may have a made a typo inputing your email when creating your account and you will need to get in touch with us to assist you.
