As a filmmaker you have control over if your film is available for rentals, who can book screenings of your film, when they can book, and what types of events can be booked. In your availability settings you can also turn on and off different event types, enable geo-restrictions, enable licensing and/or ticketing for your film events."
Log In to your Kinema account.
Click on your initials, in the upper right hand corner
Select Dashboard
Select the correct Organization Name in the left nav if you have multiple organizations
Click on the film title for which you would like to edit your availability dates.
Select Events or VOD Rental in the top nav and select In-Person, Virtual, On-Demand (or VOD Rental).
Go to the Basic Information section where you will be able to add/edit your films Availability.
Here you can add the following details about dates and geographic availability:
Start Date (The first date in which your film becomes available)
End Date (The last date your film is available)
Geo-Restrictions - set by Country or Available Worldwide
Click on Save Changes
Remember to enable the event type you are setting availability for by toggling it on.
You will need to do this for all event types you want to enable (In-Person, Virtual, On-Demand) or VOD Rental.
