Your friend gifted you a Film! Here's how to play it.
Your email confirmation provides you with a link to redeem your film rental or event ticket. Click on Redeem your Gift.
You'll be taken to the Kinema website. Click on Redeem Your Gift here and you can either attend an event or watch your film rental. *If you don't have a Kinema account yet, you'll be asked to create one. Be sure to use the same email that the gift was sent to.
If your gift was an event ticket then you will be available to attend the Live Virtual, Flex Virtual, or In Person event as specified by the set dates.
If your gift was a rental, you can start watching at the time of purchase. You will have 30 days to start watching after purchase.
If your gift was a pre-order Rental, you can start watching on the Film Premiere date. You will have 30 days to start watching after the Premiere date.
Once you begin playing a rental you will have 48 hours to complete.
You can also access your film tickets or rentals by logging into your Kinema account
Click on My Tickets
