Kinema offers live support via email and chat during business hours Monday - Friday and response times range. We prioritize messages about events that are happening today. If you need urgent help for an event today, please let us know.

We do not offer live support over the weekend. If you are hosting an in-person event, you will receive access to download the film 72 hours before the screening. Hosts are encouraged to test out the tech and reach out with questions in advance of their screening.
